You can try on different styles, experiment with accessories, and see how a perfectly fitted suit can make you feel your best. We’ll take your initial measurements and offer expert advice to bring your vision to life.
For group events like weddings, we recommend having just the key decision-makers (such as the groom and a partner or best man) attend this first appointment. This helps us focus on finding the ideal outfits for you and your party before we size them up.
Getting The Perfect Fit
This step is all about ensuring a perfect fit for you and your entire party. Once your outfit styles have been chosen with initial sizing, we recommend scheduling a follow-up appointment for final sizing, ideally 6-8 weeks before your event.
During this visit, each member of your party will try on their suit style. Our expert team will take final measurements and make any necessary adjustments to ensure a flawless fit. We do offer alteration on leg length if needed, which will be precisely adjusted to ensure a polished look.

Collection
A few days before your event, you will come to our store to collect your suits and accessories. We will confirm your collection date during your final sizing appointment.
What to Expect:
Final Check: We will have your complete hire order ready for you to inspect. It’s a great opportunity to quickly try on your outfit one last time to ensure everything is perfect.
Final Payment: Any remaining balance on your hire order will be due at this time.

Returning Your Outfits
After your event, the final step is a quick and easy return of your hired outfits to our Chester store.
What you need to do:
Return Date: We will confirm the return date with you when you collect your suits. This is typically the a couple of days after your event.
All Items: Please ensure all pieces are returned, including jackets, trousers and waistcoats.
No Cleaning Needed: We take care of all the dry cleaning for you, so there’s no need to worry about preparing the suits for return.
